This Dermatology promotional competition (“competition”) is run by Viatris (Pty) Ltd. (the company) and is open to all entrants who are persons over the age of 18 years or older and who are citizens or permanent resident of South Africa, excluding the employees and their immediate families of the company, its advertising and promotion agencies, associated companies, and outlet owners and staff.
Viatris (Pty) Ltd. reserves the right, at its reasonable sole discretion and election, to alter, amend and/or cancel this competition (including, but not limited to, the mechanics, value and/or prize) in its entirety. In the event of an amendment, alteration and/or cancellation, Viatris (Pty) Ltd. will not compensate any individual for any reason whatsoever. These Rules and any amendments, alterations or cancellations will be at the instance of, and interpreted by, Viatris (Pty) Ltd. only.
These Competition Rules and any related notifications will be available at the stand at the 10th Combined Dermatology Congress of South Africa.
Participation by all entrants (“Participants”) constitutes acceptance of these Competition Rules.
Competition Period: The Competition begins at the Viatris (Pty) Ltd. stand from 07:00 on the 20th of August 2026 and ends at 11:00 on the 22nd of August 2026.
Prize/s: One (1) prize per person will be awarded per daily entry. No person may win more than once per day.
Entry (and cost if any): To ensure a valid entry, proof of registration for the 10th Combined Dermatology Congress of South Africa may be required.
Draw and draw date/s: Random luck draws will occur throughout the 10th Dermatology Congress between the 20th and 22nd of August 2026.
Winner/s notification: Winners will be notified via SMS and EMAIL.
Prize redemption: Prizes will be awarded to the winner after valid proof of winning is verified.
Viatris (Pty) Ltd.’s decision, with regards to all aspects of this Competition is final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into.
The Prize is not transferrable, exchangeable for cash or for an alternate prize.
Viatris (Pty) Ltd. may make media announcements/publications of the names/photographs of Winners and/or Participants however any Winner or Participant may expressly choose to decline this. Winners or Participants will not receive any payment or other remuneration, and all publicity and other materials will be the sole property of Viatris (Pty) Ltd.
Viatris (Pty) Ltd. is however, under no obligation to any Participant or Winner to utilise any part of his/her Entry/submission.
Viatris (Pty) Ltd. reserves the right to carry out audits in respect of the Winner to verify their eligibility.
All Participants and Winner/s indemnify the Company, its associated companies (directors, officers and employees) and agents, against any / all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from their participation in any way howsoever in this Competition.
By participating in this Competition each Participant agrees to receive future marketing material from Viatris (Pty) Ltd. The Participant may elect to opt out of receiving marketing material or request the Company to delete their information by contacting Viatris (Pty) Ltd. via the details provided on the Viatris (Pty) Ltd. website (www.viatris.co.za)
